What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm to 7pm and check-out is before 10am. Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out needs prior confirmation and is subject to availability.
What if I am arriving after 5pm?
Please call 07 376 7338 before travel to arrange your arrival, including any arrival outside the normal check-in hours.
How far is the walk into town?
Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk to central Taupō, depending on your route and pace. The lakefront is approximately a two-minute walk away. See walking directions and arrival details.
Can I request a room with easier access?
Please contact us before booking about step-free access or specific bathroom requirements so we can discuss a suitable room. The Lake View Apartment has internal stairs.
Is restaurant charge-back available for corporate guests?
Yes. Corporate guests staying at Lake Breeze can arrange restaurant charge-back at Jolly Good Fellows Restaurant & Bar at Twin Peaks Lakeside Inn, nearby at 80 Lake Terrace. Please call 07 376 7338 before dining to arrange it and confirm the details.
How close is Lake Breeze to the lake?
Lake Breeze is on Tui Street, a short walk from Lake Taupō. It is near the lake rather than directly on the lakefront.
Which room should I choose?
Compare the room capacities, then check availability for your dates and the number of adults and children travelling. Call us if you need help choosing.
Can I prepare meals during my stay?
Studios have kitchenettes and apartments have kitchens. Check the details of your chosen room before booking.
Is parking available?
Free on-site parking is listed among our facilities. Please contact us ahead of time about larger vehicles or specific access requirements.
What are the cancellation terms?
Terms depend on the rate you select. Please read the conditions shown by the booking system before confirming your reservation.
